1st Choice Collision Center ("we" or "us") explains here how we collect, use, and share personal information through 1stchoicecollisioncenter.com. We do not sell products on this site or offer user accounts.
When you fill out a form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company, and message. When you visit the site, we and our partners automatically collect your IP address, approximate location, device and browser details, and the pages you view, using cookies and similar tools. We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, or health data.
Under California law, these categories are identifiers, professional information, internet activity, approximate geolocation, and inferences about your interests.
We use personal information to respond to you, send emails you've asked for (you can unsubscribe anytime), run and secure the site, understand how visitors use it, meet legal obligations, and show you relevant ads on other websites.
We share personal information with service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as our hosting, email, and Google Analytics providers. We also share it when required by law, and with a buyer if our business is sold. We do not sell personal information for money.
We use advertising pixels from partners such as Meta and Google. Some state laws consider this "selling" or "sharing" personal information, or "targeted advertising." You can opt out as described below.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We treat Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals because there is no common standard for them.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your personal information; to opt out of its sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and profiling; to get a list of third parties we've shared it with; and to appeal our decision on your request. We extend these rights to all US visitors and won't treat you differently for using them.
To make a request, email privacy@brightpointauto.com or call (901) 883-7389. You can also opt out using the "Your Privacy Choices" link at the bottom of this page. We may ask you to verify your identity, and you may use an authorized agent. We respond within 45 days. If we deny your request, you can appeal by emailing privacy@brightpointautobody.com with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. If you disagree with our answer, you can contact your state Attorney General.
California residents: we do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing. Nevada residents: we do not sell covered information, but you may still send an opt-out request to privacy@brightpointautobody.com.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no system is completely secure.
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date.
